Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.
Shipping
• We ship across the United States and offer standard, expedited, and priority shipping options.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
• Arkon Workwear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
• Once an order is marked “Delivered,” Arkon Workwear is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
• If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. We will assist when possible, but replacements are not guaranteed.
Product Availability
• Product availability may change due to demand.
• If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide a refund or replacement option.
Pricing & Payments
• All prices are listed in USD.
• We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
• Prices may be updated without notice due to material cost changes or promotions.

ARKON WORKWEAR — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Tags must remain attached.
• Clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted for different sizes or colors, if available.
• If an item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Arkon Workwear does not reimburse original shipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
• We will replace the item at no cost to you.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Non-Returnable Items
• Final-sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or limited-edition pieces
• Items with signs of wear, stains, or odors
